Description: Traditional Thai massage is a whole-body massage that combines muscular and acupressure techniques, along with elements of passive yoga. The therapist uses their thumbs, palms and their bases, the outer part of the wrists, elbows, forearms, knees and feet, as well as bamboo sticks. This massage strengthens muscles, stimulates blood circulation, increases the flexibility of ligaments and joints, and restores the body’s self-regulatory mechanisms.
