At Kamalaya Club, every visit matters! Our loyalty program includes three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Achieving them is simple: all services you pay for are accumulated, and once you reach a certain threshold, your status and permanent discount automatically increase. No complicated rules — just a transparent system that makes each of your next visits even more enjoyable.

Card Types:

  • A Silver Card is issued to a client when they spend 500 euros.
  • A Gold Card is issued to a client when they spend 1250 euros.
  • A Platinum Card is issued to a client when they spend 2250 euros.

What is the benefit?

  • The Silver Card allows the customer to receive a 5% discount on all services in our chain’s salons.
  • The Gold Card allows the customer to receive a 10% discount on all services in our chain’s salons.
  • The Platinum Card allows the customer to receive a 20% discount on all services in our chain’s salons.

Terms of Use

  • Please note that loyalty program discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, or packages. The loyalty system applies exclusively to the standard service prices in our salons.

When purchasing an Exclusive Monthly Card (Monthly Card) worth €200 or more, you automatically become a member of “KAMALAYA CLUB” and immediately receive a permanent 5% discount on all subsequent visits.

Moreover, you don’t need to constantly monitor your balance — we carefully track everything for you. Every month, we review accumulated amounts and personally inform our guests when they reach a new status and their discount increases.

The upgrade happens automatically. As soon as the total amount of your visits reaches the next threshold (for example, €1,250 for Gold status), your permanent discount immediately increases from 5% to 10%. During your next salon visit, our administrator will personally inform you, and you will also receive a notification on your phone.

You don’t need to do anything — we take care of everything.

Your discount is a permanent privilege. Special promotions are generally not combined with your card discount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Your club card and all your privileges, including your permanent discount, are valid in all Kamalaya Spa salons — both in Montenegro and in Serbia.

Yes, we will be happy if you choose to share your privileges with your loved ones.

The only condition is that the booking must be made under your name.

If you have already provided your date of birth, you will automatically receive an SMS or messenger notification with a gift voucher on your birthday. You can use it within 14 days.

If you haven’t shared your date of birth with us yet, simply inform the administrator during your next visit. They will add it to your profile, and you will immediately be able to enjoy your birthday gift.
